Shipping Policy

Every order includes charge-free shipping within Romania.

After the final order confirmation, the final details will be attached in a notification sent to the email address provided by the customer.

For exceptional situations, difficulties, or concerns regarding the order, our colleagues will respond as soon as possible to the e-mail address  [email protected].

We usually do not process Christmas, New Year, or Easter orders, except in exceptional situations, for which you may contact us.

The final package is sent to a third party, being shipped directly to the recipient.

In case of other delicate situations related to the transit or arrival of the parcel, all complaints will be made directly through the courier company with which the parcel was sent.
